COVID-19 – Important Message for Clients and Visitors.

Galley & Tindle are actively monitoring and responding to the constantly changing COVID 19 situation.

That said, the well being of our employees, customers, families and visitors remain Galley & Tindle’s priority. We are a technologically advanced firm so are well equipped for the situation we now find ourselves in and we have the resources, systems and infrastructure to continue to support you.

During this time, most of our team continue to work remotely with full access to our systems and will continue to provide you with a seamless service. We have also been able to reconfigure our office to now accommodate safe, face to face meetings for clients who need to see us in person.

We are currently offering:

Face to face meetings

  • All meetings must be pre booked, there are no drop-in appointments available.
  • Our offices are regularly cleaned, we offer the use of hand sanitisers and there are clear social distancing indicators on the floors.
  • On arrival we will request to take your temperature and you will be asked to complete a Visitor Health Screening Questionnaire.
  • PPE is available on request.

Safe meeting room

  • Our meeting room has a large protective screen.

Video Appointments

  • We can accommodate Microsoft Teams, Skype and Zoom meetings online.

Telephone & Email

  • We continue to communicate with our clients via email, telephone or through our online OneClick portal

Safe payment methods

  • Payments can be made over the phone by contacting reception and asking for Alison.
